We start with a conversation about your vision, dietary preferences, and the occasion. Whether you want a five-course tasting menu or a relaxed family-style feast, we’ll craft a custom menu that perfectly reflects your taste.

On the day of your event, our team arrives with the freshest ingredients and everything needed for service. While you relax with your guests, our chefs handle the preparation and plating, ensuring every dish is served at its peak.

2. We Bring The Kitchen To You

Enjoy a restaurant-quality experience without the commute. We provide professional tableside service throughout the meal. Once the final course is finished, we’ll discreetly clean your kitchen and leave it exactly as we found it—so you can enjoy the rest of your night.

The Chef’s Table: A Sample 3-Course Experience

I. The Opening Act

Crispy Spinach Stuffed Portobello A balsamic-marinated mushroom cap filled with garlic-sauteed spinach and a three-cheese herb crust, drizzled with a lemon-infused olive oil reduction

II. The Main Event

Blackened Gulf Redfish over Three-Cheese Grits Fresh, cast-iron seared redfish served atop our signature slow-simmered stone-ground grits. Accompanied by charred asparagus and a light Creole meunière sauce. (Vegan Option: Zesty Curry Vegetable Stew with Coconut-Infused Basmati Rice)

Iii. The Grand Finale

Warm Ooey Gooey Cake à la Mode A slice of delicious butter cake, served warm with a crisp caramelized edge and a soft, molten center. Topped with vanilla bean ice cream and a dusting of cinnamon sugar.

Staffing Fees

To ensure a seamless, high-end experience, we provide professional service staff based on your guest count:

  • Professional Server: $125 per event (4-hour minimum)

    • Required for parties of 3 or more to ensure timely plating and beverage service.

    • One server is recommended for every 5-7 guests to maintain an elite level of attention.

  • Assistant Chef: $175 per event

    • Recommended for parties of 11+ or highly complex tasting menus to ensure every plate comes out hot and perfectly garnished.

When you add a server to your private dining experience, the level of hospitality shifts from a "private chef visit" to a "pop-up five-star restaurant."

  • The Chef: Remains in the kitchen, meticulously preparing and plating each course.

  • The Server: Manages the dining room. They handle the table setup, pour wine or cocktails, serve each course, clear settings between rounds, and maintain a clean table throughout the night.

  • The Team: Together, they ensure that the host never has to get up from their seat.

Small Party - Multi-course service for 3–10 guests. Ranging from $180-275/ guest

Boutique Event - Formal service for 11–20 guests. Ranging from $167-200/ guest

We utilize a sliding scale pricing model to ensure the highest quality for events of all sizes. As your guest count increases, the per-person investment decreases. Please contact us for a custom quote tailored to your specific head count.

  • Not at all. We are experts at adapting to various spaces. As long as you have a functioning stove, oven, and a cleared countertop, our chefs can work their magic. If your kitchen is particularly small or unique, we can perform a quick site visit or request photos beforehand.

  • We offer several tiers of service. We can use your favorite dinnerware for a personal touch, or we can provide high-end rentals (china, silverware, and crystal) for a completely hands-off experience. We will discuss these options during your initial consultation.

  • Depending on local licensing, we can either provide a full bar service or act as "service only." In the latter case, you purchase your favorite bottles, and our professional bartenders or servers will handle the pouring, garnishing, and pairing throughout the night.

  • To ensure your preferred date and allow time for custom menu design, we recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance. However, if you have a last-minute request, reach out! If we have a chef available, we love making spontaneous celebrations happen.

  • Safety and inclusivity are our priorities. Whether you have guests who are vegan, gluten-free, or have severe nut allergies, we design our menus to ensure every guest has a safe and spectacular meal.

  • Our goal is to leave your kitchen looking better than we found it. We handle all food prep cleanup, wash any dishes we’ve used, and clear the trash. You won’t be left with a single dirty pan.
